Addiction Meditation
Whether you’re trying to break a negative thought pattern, turn-off an obnoxious OCD, or battle a chemical dependancy, we all have addictive tendencies.
The beautiful thing about this Kundalini practice, is that in just 3 minutes a day, those habits can begin to melt away, until one day you realize they no longer exist. And you don’t even have to know what those addictive, habitual tendencies are that are blocking you from reaching your full potential, this meditation doesn’t ask questions, it knows what you need to release and does it’s work without you asking.
If you feel resistance in the arms as you move through this meditation, that is completely normal, just bring your mind back to the breath and mantra. It is a practice in itself of controlling where the mind focuses energy. You got this! Sat Nam:)
